I am both a fashion shoe and a dance shoe designer and am looking for a Chinese manufacturer to produce and export my shoes all over the world. I have two lines: Stock, basic Dance Shoes that come in Beige and Black in several styles, heel heights, leather and suede soles and design variations, and; Fashion High End Coutur Shoes. I presently have my shoes made in Italy and I am looking for a more reasonably priced factory.
I have developed specific lasts and molds to serve my functions. I have several US Utility Patents and US Trademarks. So I not only need a respectable, dependable manufacturer, but one that understands the difference in just copying a shoe and working with a specific design function.
I doubt if any of the manufacturer’s would know, so perhaps you could help me with the question of Patenting and Trademarking? I have not done so in Asia.
