Foreign Trade Zone 52
The Foreign Trade Zone Program was created by President Roosevelt in 1934 to make manufacturing in the United States more competitive by offering duty deferral and elimination incentives, as well as weekly entry procedure and no quota restrictions. Foreign Trade Zone 52, located on the Veteran’s Highway business corridor on Long Island is property tax-free. The 52-acre facility is in close proximity to banks, hospitals, hotels and restaurants. Existing warehouse space and additional parcels ready for development are available.
